> Proper Sites builds clean, simple websites for small local businesses — optimized for both Google and AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overview). One flat monthly price. We handle hosting, security, and ongoing updates.

One plan: $349 setup + $129/month. Up to 5 pages, 2-week turnaround, 3-month minimum.

Includes: hosting, SSL, security, schema markup, llms.txt, AI search optimization, local SEO, Google Business Profile setup, custom AI-generated imagery, FAQ section, lead capture form, and up to 30 minutes of content updates per month.

We do not build: e-commerce stores, booking systems, custom integrations, logos, or branding.
