Ownership
You own your domain, your content, and your photos. The site itself runs on our platform, same model as Squarespace or Shopify. If you cancel, we'll export your content and you can take it anywhere. No hostage situations.
Yes, you own your domain. If you don't have one yet, buy it from Namecheap or Porkbun before you sign up. A .com runs about $10 to $12 a year. Once you have it, you enter it on the onboarding form we send after payment and we handle the rest.
Yes. Enter it on the onboarding form and follow the DNS instructions we include. It takes about 5 minutes on your end, then we take it from there.

Editing
No, and that's intentional. Most small business owners don't have time to learn a website builder. Send us the changes, usually we make them the same day.

Scope
The Standard plan covers what most small businesses need. If you need more, we're probably not the right fit, we keep things simple on purpose. We'll happily refer you to someone good.
No. Bring your own logo, or we can point you to someone good. We focus on building and running your website.
No. We don't do e-commerce, online booking, custom integrations, or anything that requires a backend beyond a contact form. If you need that, we're not the right fit.

Timing
Starter takes about a week. Standard takes about two weeks. Faster if you have your content ready when you sign up.

Billing
Your site goes offline. We'll hold your content for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. After that, we delete it.
No. The setup fee and the monthly cover everything: hosting, SSL, security updates, uptime monitoring, and small content updates (up to 30 minutes per month). You only pay extra if you ask for major changes, like a redesign or a new page beyond your plan.
